About us!
Welcome friends! My name is Chelsea and I'm a full time career woman, a farmers wife and mom to an adorable little girl with our little boy on the way to join our family later this year! Our daughters name is Rory and her initials are RAD - hence the name of this little business. (Are we really calling this a business?) & “Collective” is because without each of you and your orders and ideas, it’s just me having a good time creating custom apparel for my friends and family!
This concept originally started because of my love of all things customized (& last minute personal gifts) with big thanks to my insanely amazing in-laws for gifting me a Cricut as an early Christmas gift in 2022. My husband has also been instrumental in this process sitting down to help me fulfill orders late at night and brain storming new designs with friends who probably encourage my antics and ideas too much.
From there I've branched out to also offer this store front for non customized gear that is available year round!
